How To Apply
“Pension” information system
Who is eligible for a pension?
1. men – upon reaching the age of 60 and with at least 25 years of work experience;
2. women – upon reaching 55 years of age and with at least 20 years of work experience.
Required minimum work experience is 7 years
Where to apply?
1. District (city) Department of the Extrabudgetary Pension Fund under the Ministry of Economy and Finance
2. Public Service Centers
3. Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services
When is the pension assigned?
1. From the date of reaching retirement age, if the application is made within sixty days from the date of obtaining the right to a pension.
2. In other cases, it is assigned from the date of application.
In which cases is the pension assignment refused?
1. When the retirement age is not reached
2. When the required length of service is not met
When and where are pension payments made?
The pension, at the pensioner’s choice:
– in cash; (delivered by the branch of JSC “Xalq Bank” to the pensioner’s place of residence)
– via bank plastic card;
– through a social card (from October 1, 2025).
Payment is made by the 27th of each month
