How To Apply

“Unified National Social Protection” information system
Who is eligible for the allowance?
It is provided to solitary elderly individuals and solitary persons with disabilities who require care from others. They are included in a special electronic registry, based on which material assistance is automatically assigned.
 

Where to apply?

No application submission is required. The allowance is automatically assigned based on the information entered into the “Unified National Social Protection” information system.

 

Required documents: No separate documents need to be submitted.

 

Application review and decision-making process

Recognition or cancellation of citizens’ status as “solitary elderly and solitary persons with disabilities in need of care from others” is carried out automatically in the “Unified National Social Protection” system.

An SMS message will be sent to the citizen’s mobile phone within 5 minutes regarding the assignment or cancellation of assistance.

 

How is the payment made?

Electronic lists formed by the 4th of each month are submitted to JSC “Xalq Bank.”

The allowance is paid monthly through JSC “Xalq Bank” to a plastic card or in cash, according to the citizen’s preference.

 

In what cases can payment be suspended?

  • If material assistance is not received for three consecutive months;
  • In case of imprisonment;
  • If placed in “Muruvvat” boarding houses or Social Support Centers;
  • Upon receipt of an application from the citizen requesting suspension of material assistance;
  • In case of the citizen’s death;
  • If civil rights are lost;
  • Upon departure for permanent residence outside the territory of Uzbekistan;
 

Additional information:

Assistance is provided to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens, and stateless persons who have citizenship or a residence permit;

Payment of material assistance is made during the validity period of the citizenship or residence permit.
