Information system “Pension”
| Who is eligible for the pension?
Incapacitated family members who were dependent on the deceased (or person declared missing) breadwinner.
The minimum required length of service depends on the breadwinner’s age at the time of death.

Where to apply? 1. District (city) Department of the Extrabudgetary Pension Fund under the Ministry of Economy and Finance 2. Public Service Centers 3. Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services |

Pension assignment terms? 1. Assigned from the date of the breadwinner’s death (or date declared missing) if application is made within six months of that date. 2. In other cases, assigned from the date of application. |

When is the benefit assignment refused? 1. When the breadwinner has not died (or has not been declared missing) 2. If the breadwinner does not have the required length of service |

When and where are pension payments made? The pension, at the pensioner’s choice: – In cash; (delivered to the pensioner’s residence by the JSC “People’s Bank” branch) – Via bank card; – Through a social card (from October 1, 2025).
